Sasha's Third Birthday Party

We had a party for Sasha's third birthday. We invited a handful of friends and their kids and, after the fourth family arrived, I was doubting whether a party this size at our house was the right answer (there's a reason folks have such events at Chucky Cheese!).

My friend, Michele, came fully prepared for such a crowd as she does this for a living (yes, she's SUPER thin and fit with an unsurmountable energy level - she's incredible .. oh, and she has three kids of her own and she still has a crazy amount of energy).

It was a great time and we were able to catch up with so many of our dear friends, including the Reddings and Katy-belle. Even Nathan commented on how he thinks that Scott should start looking for a shot gun, she's just so gorgeous and she totally knows how to work her charms.

Sasha had a great time but was looking forward to spending his birthday with his Mommy and Daddy at the Shedd Aquarium. What a great start to his birthday week.

And, the piece de restistance, folks brought presents too! Now this is an amazing day for a sweet little boy turning three!
