First Haircut

So .. you may have noticed that Sasha was starting to resemble an elderly Albert Einstien. So ... we took Sasha to Studio 21 for his first haircut. We waited while Nathan got his hair cut. Then, it was our turn.

Sasha sat very patiently while his hair was cut (yes, that's the Russian scowl you see upon his face. This is the look he always sports when we're out). She asked what style I preferred. "Hmmm .... can you do much of a style when you're bald in the front and have mad scientist hair in the back??" I told her to just make him look good. She cut his hair with some layers (again, I didn't realize just how much one could do with long, wild baby fine hair in the back and very little hair in the front besides the 'comb over' which I also didn't think would look good on someone so young).

After his haircut, he looked very respectable and much older. He looked at least three by the time she was finished (and yes, we did save a little bit of his crazy baby fine hair).
