Nick the Super Hero

Nick, who is now my favorite super hero, has verified that the NVC has cabled both Guatemala and Russia to let them know that we're approved to adopt from Russia and that our file is in Guatemala. He suggested that I contact Moscow tomorrow to follow up with them and I'm hoping that we don't really have to wait for some humungous (have you ever seen all the documents that are necessary to adopt an orphan from another country??) folder to make it's way across the world. Nick also said that in the other case he worked like ours, it wasn't a big deal and didn't take long for this to work itself out as the Embassys in these two countries are expert in adoptions.

At the end of our conversation, I asked him if he had worked for Congresswoman Bean in July of 2006. He had and thought that I sounded so familar. He did help free us from Moscow. He really is a super hero. Ah .. what to send him and the others at the office that helped us? Ideas anyone?
