The LIttle Artist

Sasha is now taking "Messy Creations" each week.

Messy Creations could also be called "Lord, I'm Glad We're Not Doing This at Our House!" as well.
Our first week was last week where we began with tempra paints and did hand prints and basically just got ourselves covered in blue and red paint.

Sasha's painting shirt would leave you wondering if any paint actually made it onto the piece of paper.
After painting (and a masterpiece was created I assure you), we played with shaving cream. Unfortunately for Sasha, it looked a lot like whipped cream which is a topping for his absolute favorite food in the world - Ieee (or ice cream for all of us non-two year olds).

Practicing for when he begins shaving.

And playing with his shaving cream mound.

Watching people in amusement as they try to sing the "I love you, you love me" Barney song. (Yes, this is the first time he's heard a Barney song. Hopefully that doesn't make me a bad mother. Some of these Moms were like uber-Barney fans. They were signing and singing loudly - wow.)

Bubbles were next and we all know how much Sasha enjoys bubbles.

Watching and popping bubbles with Dad.
Good times ... good times!
