Mia's Referral Information

Okay ... for all those of you have wanted to know what's on the referral page ... (the one I had seen her photo on :) Although I tried to 'scam' the official referral (well, they handed it to me and asked if we'd accept it so I naturally thought it should go into my mighty waterproof green folder for her Lifebook .. any adoptive parent would have assumed the same thing), I didn't get a copy of the document.
